Peccato per il primo singolo di questa grande artista r&b che sta cercando di tornare alla ribalta dopo un periodo nero: infatti la bella midtempo “Right here departed” prodotta da Darkchild non ha avuto il successo sperato, benchè si trattasse di un ottima produzione, un video low cost ma ben fatto e con un significato. Niente da fare e tutto da reimpostare questo comeback, l’album è stato posticipato a Dicembre e si mormora che lei è rientrata in studio nientemeno che con Timbaland per registrare altre traccie! Speriamo che siano di buon livello..

La canzone in questione la trovo molto buona, una slowjam sempre prodotta da Darkchild, con cui la cantante ha sempre fatto ottime cose, ma se il primo singolo non ha sfondato, dubito seriamente che possa dirsi altrettanto di questo, ci vorrebbe qualcosa di più forte e forse movimentato per intaccare le classifiche in questo periodo.
